1. Apparently I peaked for Jeff Cup. Unfortunately, there was no Jeff Cup.
2. Rest weeks are dangerous. They always threaten to be 'miraculously and near instantly turn Dave into a profoundly bad cyclist, rather than the perfectly mediocre thank you cyclist that he is' weeks.
3. Last night I finally felt slightly better than terrible after said rest week.
